Paris Hilton loves Pilates

Paris Hilton admits that she's never really been a gym person. She does, however, love doing Pilates.

She says, "It's a great way to exercise because you use so many muscles and get a really good workout. I use the machines, not mat Pilates, and it just works for me."  

Teddy Bass, Paris Hilton's trainer, shared one of her exercises, named "Around the World," with Fitness Magazine.  

To do the exercise, first lie face-up on the floor. The hands should be placed behind the head, while the elbows reach out to the sides. The knees should be bent with feet firmly planted on the floor. 

As the first rep begins, place the left ankle over the right knee. Then lift the left elbow and shoulder toward the right knee. After return to the center and crunch up.  

Bass recommends doing 12 to 15 reps of the exercise. Also, it is advised to repeat each rep as the legs are switch from left to right.
